Our district's portfolios are organized around a set of standards. One
of the key influences for these categories is "The Framework for Professional
Practice," described by Charlotte Danielson in Enhancing Professional
Practice: A Framework for Teaching (published by the Association for
Superivison and Curriculum Development (ASCD),
Alexandria, VA, 1996).
