Support

Richer Picture® products include two kinds of support - technical and curriculum.

Curriculum support includes:

  • An initial half-day workshop for pilot teachers, which includes:
    • hands-on introduction to using the software
    • strategies for introducing portfolios to your classes
    • using the portfolio to build on your existing assessments and initiatives
  • Ongoing work with Portfolio Coordinators to implement strategies

Our technical support includes:

  • Setting up the initial software for the pilot students on a Richer Picture® portfolio server
  • 24/7 Phone and e-mail technical support for one or two persons designated as “portfolio administrators”
  • Initial systems integration to upload appropriate data (namely, class lists for the pilot classes) from existing school databases
  • Hosting on our secure web servers
