Technical Support
Richer Picture® products include the following technical support:
- Setting up the initial software for the pilot students on a Richer Picture® portfolio server
- 24/7 Phone and e-mail technical support for one or two persons designated as “portfolio administrators”
- Initial systems integration to upload appropriate data (namely, class lists for the pilot classes) from existing school databases
- Hosting on a secure web server (includes 50 MB/each student; also includes backups and maintenance of the server)
